About the event
The WISCAR Annual Leadership and Mentoring Conference themed is the culmination of the WISCAR annual mentoring calendar. The goal of the conference is to highlight the importance of role modelling and mentorship by successful women leaders as a gift to the next generation in nation building. The conference also charges women to lead and become change-makers for their communities and the nation. The conference generates useful recommendations which are published in our conference communiqué to drive the required legal and policy changes for growth and national development .
